Addamo entered the final table as the chip king, having done so in Event #5, where he ended seventh. Sergi Reixach began the tournament sixth in chips, but finished first, winning $53,915. The sixth-place finisher, Duco Ten Haven, was then eliminated for $62,645. 

Despite being second in chips at the start of the tournament, Matthias Eibinger was eliminated in fifth place for $74,774 before being led out the door by Pascal Hartmann for $100,993. Almedin Imsirovic had a stellar run, starting as the table’s short stack and climbing his way to third place and a $145,663 payday.

Everything that was left was for Addamo to take out Martirosian and pay him $223,350. The final table was completed in under two hours, with Addamo emerging victorious once more after another outstanding result.

Christopher Brewer won the WPT Online Series Event #5: $10,300 WPT High Roller for $249,791 at partypoker, defeating a star-studded field. Brewer came close to winning the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown $25,500 No Limit Hold’em – High Roller a few weeks back, finishing sixth for $128,935.

The 99 entrants fell one player short of the $1 million guarantee slapped on this game, providing added value to all players who advanced to Day 2 in the money.

Day 2 started with 17 hopefuls promised a minimum cash of $21,277, more than twice the $10,500 buy-in. Michael Addamo started the day with the chip lead sg online casino 96Ace, while Brewer started in eighth position in the centre of the pack.
